The hotel is situated in a convenient location close to the city center, next to the Mur river, and with a large city park nearby. the rooms are basic but clean with good working facilities. Staff were available when needed, and breakfast was good with hot and cold choices. the hotel also has a small indoor playroom and a large playground for kids.
Some guests have experienced unpleasant interactions with staff.

The hotel is situated in a superb location, near a bridge and a large park, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was good, with a variety of hot and cold options, and the rooms were basic but clean and functional. The highlight of our stay was the clean air and quiet atmosphere which made for a restful night's sleep.
The staff left a lot to be desired. They were not always available, and when they were, they were not very friendly or welcoming.

the location was very convenient, close to the center and to cycling paths. the hotel had a large playground which would be perfect for families with children.
The staff was a bit unprofessional and did not provide good customer service. They were not friendly and failed to offer basic amenities before the start of their workday.

The hotel's location just next to the river was superb. It was convenient to explore this beautiful city. The cleanliness and hotel facilities were excellent. I enjoyed the daily breakfast with a good selection of hot and cold choices. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
